Squads

 

SQUAD 1 I

 This is our Junior squad which includes new swimmers to the club. Swimmers can attend 1-3 sessions per week.

 

1-3 sessions per week

SQUAD 2 I

 This is our Transition squad which includes swimmers who have spent some time in squad 1 but are not ready for squad 3. Swimmers are expected to attend a minimum of 3 sessions per week. Swimmers can perform all strokes in a satisfactory manner and swimmers aim to compete at local and intrastate events and Country Championships.

 

3+ sessions per week

SQUAD 3 I

 This is our Senior squad who can perform all strokes at a high level and have achieved qualifying times at a Country and/or State level. Swimmers are expected to attend a minimum of 4 sessions per week. Swimmers aim to achieve to compete at Country Championships, State Championships or National Championships.

 

4+ sessions per week

 FITNESS I These are swimmers who wish to swim for fitness only.
